  1. Change-of-mind returns (unopened sealed items)

We accept returns for change of mind where:

  • The item is unopened and in original, resalable condition (including any factory seals/intact shrinkwrap).
  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel and you return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. (This reflects the Consumer Contracts Regulations for distance sales.) 

How refunds work for change-of-mind returns

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in original resalable condition we will refund the item price not including the delivery cost. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of postage, in line with statutory rules.

Return postage for change-of-mind

  • Unless we provide a prepaid returns label, you are responsible for return postage and ensuring the item is safely packaged and trackable. We recommend using a tracked/insured service — we are not liable for items lost in return transit unless we provided the return label.
  1. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described:

  • Contact us immediately at orders@flipachutcg.com with your order number, a description of the fault and photos.
  • We will assess the issue and offer (at our option) a repairreplacement, or full refund. You have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — for example you generally can seek a refund within a reasonable time if the goods are faulty.

If damage occurred in transit

  • Keep all packaging and take photos of the parcel and item. Notify us within 48 hours where possible. We will advise next steps and arrange a returns label if appropriate.
  1. Opened or used items (condition/partial refunds)
  • If you return an item that has been opened, used or is not in the same resalable condition (e.g., seal broken, card sleeves removed, cards out of stock packaging), we may:
    • Offer a partial refund to reflect diminished value, or
    • Reject the refund if the item is returned in a non-resalable state.
  • We will inspect returns promptly and communicate any value deduction or rejection with an explanation.
  1. Exemptions
  • Some goods may be exempt from the normal 14-day cooling-off right (e.g., certain sealed goods that are unsealed and not suitable for return under the Regulations). If an item you order falls into a legal exemption we will make this clear at the product page and during checkout.
  1. How to return an item (step-by-step)

  2. We’ll reply with confirmation and return instructions. If returning for change of mind and no prepaid label is issued, return the item within 14 days using tracked postage.
  3. Pack items securely in their original packaging and include a copy of your order or order number.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return we’ll issue the refund to the original payment method and confirm by email.
