Welcome to Flipachu TCG. These Terms & Conditions explain how you can use our website and buy products from us. Please read them carefully. By using flipachutcg.com or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Definitions

• “We”, “us”, “Flipachu” — Flipachu TCG.
• “You”, “Customer” — the person buying or browsing.
• “Goods” — physical products sold on the Site (cards, sealed products, sleeves, accessories, etc.).

3. Orders and acceptance

• All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us and availability of stock.
• We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending an order confirmation email. A binding contract is formed when we send a dispatch/confirmation that the goods have been shipped, unless we notify you earlier of a cancellation or refusal.

4. Prices, payment & taxes

• Prices shown include VAT where applicable. Delivery/postage is added at checkout.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order via the payment methods shown at checkout.
• We may amend tax or duty charges if required by law or post-order changes in rates.
• Buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes and duties where applicable. Price shown on the site will not include this.

5. Delivery & shipping

• Currently deliver to UK only, but for international shipping please contact us.
• Delivery times shown are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within estimated times but cannot guarantee them.
• Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the carrier signs for delivery (or if you collect, at collection).

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

• For change-of-mind returns on distance sales you have rights under UK law: you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you wish to cancel and then you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods. (See the Returns Policy below for our specific process and exceptions.)

7. Faulty goods

• If goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for example rights to repair, replacement or refund). Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe an item is faulty within reasonable time period.

8. Intellectual property & Pokémon / third-party rights

• All intellectual property in our Site and content we create (except third-party IP) is owned by Flipachu TCG.
• Pokémon, Poké-terms, character artwork and official logos are the intellectual property of The Pokémon Company / its licensors. You must not imply that Flipachu TCG is endorsed by or affiliated with The Pokémon Company; you may display or refer to branded Pokémon goods you sell only as permitted by applicable trademark/copyright law. For guidance on Pokémon brand usage and permissions consult the Pokémon brand / media guidance — rights are not transferred by listing or reselling official products.

9. Customer accounts & content

• If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You grant us a licence to use any reviews, photos or content you post about purchases in a non-exclusive, royalty-free way.

10. Prohibited uses

• You must not use the Site or our goods for illegal activities. Do not submit abusive/defamatory content or try to interfere with our services.

11. Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flipachu TCG’s liability to you for losses arising under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the purchase price paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where statutory law says otherwise.

12. Privacy

• We process personal data to complete sales, provide customer service and comply with legal obligations. For details see our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-party links

• Our Site may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their content or terms.

14. Governing law & disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. For consumer disputes you may also have the right to use official dispute-resolution routes.
