Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (unless stated otherwise).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day unless stated otherwise).
- Pre-orders will ship on or shortly after the official release date.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates - Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Packaging
- All cards are securely packaged to prevent damage
- Single cards are shipped in protective sleeves and top loaders.
- Sealed products (booster boxes, tins, etc.) are shipped in their original packaging.
Tracking & Confirmation - Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@flipachutcg.com within 7 days of delivery.

- We may require photos of the packaging and items to process a claim.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders or delivery shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
